The Octopi is a 20" wide single line kite. Its average cost is around $15.00, string included. It is a very simple structured kite that comes in five colors. There is a four pack of theses kites sold at a slightly discounted price.

This kite has few issues and can be handled by a toddler. The tail tentacles, however, fray a bit with continued use but it should last long enough to get your money's worth out of it.
