Especially now, with the COVID-19 situation, you may need PC computer help and do not know where to turn. For a limited time, I am offering a 1/2 an hour of phone assistance for FREE. Dependent upon your level of experience with your computer, I should be able to talk you through almost any non-critical issue. If, at the end of a 1/2 an hour, we haven't resolved your issue, you may opt to stop and pay nothing. However, if you are optimistic that we are on the right track and you wish to continue, I offer a special rate of $35.00 per hour. If we go over the initial 1/2 an hour by mere minutes, I reserve the right to choose not to charge you.
